Listed below is just a sampling of some of the community support provided by the Kentucky School for the Blind Charitable Foundation (KSBCF).

The foundation funded training for Headstart administrators, teachers, and nurses to conduct eye screening projects through the Kentucky Society to Prevent Blindness.

KSBCF was involved in providing support to J.B. Speed Art Museum for the "Touch N See Art Exhibit."

KSBCF contributed to the Hall of Fame for Leaders and Legends through purchasing a stone on the Wall of Tribute honoring and recognizing the Kentucky School for the Blind. The Wall of Tribute is in the Hall of Fame on the fourth floor of the American Printing House for the Blind.

An Audio Studio volunteer providing reading servicesThe charitable foundation continues to support the Audio Studio for the Reading Impaired by helping to underwrite their efforts to provide audio recordings for Kentucky students and adults who are blind.

The KSBCF partnered with the Kentucky Center Arts Access Forum on several projects involving Kentucky School for the Blind (KSB) students. Walden School and KSB students were brought together for ceramic classes resulting in two huge tiled wall hangings that were created for each school.

KSBCF also provided funding to the Louisville Free Public library to enable them to purchase additional large-print books.
