UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY VISUAL IMPAIRMENT PROGRAM TUITION APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Requirements for Submission of Tuition Request:

Requests for tuition will only be accepted through submission of an application

Application Deadline: Requests must be submitted by January 1, April 1, July 1, or October 1 for consideration

Applicants must be enrolled in the Teacher Preparation Program in Visual Impairments or other program to teach blind or visually impaired students

Applicants must be a resident of Kentucky

Applicants must be in good academic standing. By submitting this application, the applicant gives KSBCF permission to verify academic standing by communicating with their advisor or program faculty chair

Applicants who need assistance completing grant forms or require a specific format may contact our office at (502) 897-3990

KSBCF will fund 50% of tuition cost before any other financial aid/grants up to complete tuition

Support will only be provided for tuition costs. All fees are the responsibility of the applicant

Checks will be issued to Student Account Services at the University
Applicants Must Submit the Following Document with the Application:

Screenshot or document showing the total tuition amount before any other financial aid
Incomplete applications and/or applications without supporting documents will be returned.
